FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL
What airport do I fly into?
Fly into PVR — Puerto Vallarta International Airport (Gustavo Diaz Ordaz).
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive before 4:00 PM so you don’t miss the Sunset Meet & Greet Mixer at the Hilton Riviera Resort.

HOTEL & EVENT ACCESS
Do I have to stay at the Hilton Riviera to attend the events?
Yes — if you want to join all the Hilton-based events.
Only travelers booked through Ladies Touch staying at the Hilton can access:
- Sunset Meet & Greet Mixer
- Pride Pool Pull Up MeetUp
- Sunset Pride Beach Party
**This is due to the resort’s guest-only policies.
Off-property events can be attended with the Party Pass if not staying at Host Hotel.
Can locals join the Vallarta Lesbian Pride events?
Absolutely — locals or travelers staying elsewhere can join with the Party Pass/Event Tickets.

No, flights are booked separately. If you booked a vacation package with us airline discounts will be provided.

Is travel insurance required?
Insurance isn’t mandatory but is strongly recommended due to constant changes in travel.
What type of insurance should I get?
We recommend a policy that includes:
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)
- Trip cancellation
- Medical coverage
- Delays/interruption protection
When do I need to buy CFAR?
CFAR must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit. Purchasing after this window may limit your protection.

TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations less than 6 months before the trip = no refund, no credit
Why are Hilton events restricted?
Hilton requires that only paying resort guests access their pools, beach club, bars, and event spaces. This ensures guest privacy and security.
